Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
We currently deliver to: England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
Where you have purchased bedding items from us, we may be able to deliver these overseas.
Disclaimer: Please note that the delivery timeframes below are estimates only and may be affected
by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs
processing, severe weather, international conflicts or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep
you informed of any significant delays.
Domestic shipping (England and Wales)
Shipping Cost:
- Website orders: Once you have placed the products you wish to purchase into your
shopping cart, we will calculate the cost of delivery for you based on your delivery address
and the value of your order.
- Social media orders (including WhatsApp and text message) and in-store orders: We will
provide you with delivery costs in your personalised quote based on your delivery address
and the value of your order.
Delivery time: Our products are made-to-order with the following production and delivery
timeframes:
Bedding and Furnishings: 10-12 weeks
Furniture: 18-22 weeks
Following completion of production and shipping of the finished product to our UK facility, delivery
(from the date we receive finished products) generally takes:
1 working day- Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce
Note: For furniture deliveries- if you miss a delivery, furniture will be returned back to the depot. For a rearranged delivery, there will be a fee of 75% of the initial delivery charge. This is not assigned by us, nor do we profit from it, it is a fee recharged by Pallet Network to redeliver your items. Unless you state otherwise, your furniture will be attempted the next day for delivery with an invoice of 75% the total delivery cost.
Note- For all deliveries, it is your responsibility to track items. If delivery is missed for bedding and soft furnishings it is up to you to rearrange delivery or collect at local depot.
International shipping:
Cost: Where you place an order through our website, the estimated cost will be calculated at
checkout. Note this can change- please message or email for an accurate quotation or we will be in touch to provide one if their is a price increase. Prices fluctuate daily.
For orders placed through social media (including WhatsApp and text message), and for
orders placed in store, we will provide you with an estimate of delivery costs at the time you place
your order with us.
Delivery time: Dependent on location, and we will aim to provide you an estimate upon dispatch of
your order.

You can keep an eye on the status of your delivery using the tracking email sent to you once your
purchase has been dispatched.
The above are estimates only, based on the timeframes provided by our shipping provider. There
may be delays during busy sale periods, during severe weather events, or for other reasons outside
our control.
Change of Mind
As the products we sell are bespoke, and clearly made to your specifications, the 14-day cooling off
right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations
2013 does not apply.
Faulty products:
If your product is faulty, please contact us at the contact details set out at the end of this policy. You
may have consumer law rights.
How to return faulty items to us:
Contact our team at sleepsweetbabyuk@gmail.com to initiate a return. You should include details of your
order number and the products you are wishing to return. Please await return instructions.
